If you are getting redirected away from MCT Central, that is because your Microsoft account is not linked to your MCT. So first, verify that the account has the MCT Certification - see http://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/certifications/certifications. If MCT Trainer/isn't listed then you need to resolve that. If MCT is listed then I suggest you either clear cookies on your browser or use InPrivate/Incognito mode
