There are two things that you need to do to leave the Windows Insider program.
The 1st would be to stop your participation in the program as described here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/how-do-i-leave-the-windows-insider-program/d68...
And for the 2nd step you need to decide how you want your client to stop receiving the builds and which version you want to continue with. Your options are to continue with the next production build (whenever that may be) or to revert back to your device's original OS. Both options are described here:
