Exam discount through esi issue - CBE01 error

I am trying to get discounts for AZ 900 certification exam, based on my company email id. 

After entering my company email id to check for discounts (free voucher), I am getting below error. I tried more than once and on different dates. Pl help. 

Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check
