Hello,
I need help related to the error winword.exe (0xc0000142).
I tried to get help via the support via my MS account - no help available.
This error approached this morning after updating MS Office 365

Good Morning @MarioOtterbach,
the error seems to be a common error relating to failed updates. Just when googling the error code, I found a number of solutions all regarding repairing office / removing and reinstalling updates. Just as an example, here are the first two hits on google:
Perhaps try the instructions at one of these pages. It seems to be a fairly standard issue generally pointing towards updates.
If these do not solve your issue and you get more information what is going wrong, perhaps come back to us here and tell us more.
