We are working with an LMS Partner, and they applied Microsoft's Learn-LTI tool in Azure, an implementation guide is included in the site documentation:

We follow the step-by-step guide that is on Github and that Microsoft provides, but when we get to the auto-configuration step in Azure, the process runs, but it takes up to about 1 hours and throws the following error:

I also already generated the access policies to the resources that the Learn LTI application creates and it still doesn't work.
Has it happened to any of you? I attached pictures of the error.
