Contact Search on Poly CCX600 Phone

I have a Poly CCX600 running Firmware Version 6.2.23.0202.  I see all of my contacts from Outlook in A-Z order by the first name. How do I search for a contact, rather than scrolling through hundreds of contacts to get to someone whose name starts with W?  There is no search bar or any search function.  I only get "All Contacts".  I also do not see a way to set up favorites.  How does that happen?

@allisonkraker Thank you.  I thought my question was about learning.  All of this Teams stuff is confusing to me.
