Class Not Registered in MS Excel VBA

Hello,

I'm currently running into issues when trying to customize a the properties of an object in Visual Basics in Excel I keep running into this error. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, how did you go about resolving it?

Class Not Registered Looking for object with CLSID:{7EBDAAE1-8120-11CF-899F-00AA00688B10}').
