Changing registered email in certification profile

Can you guys help me how to change my registered email from my certification profile . I have lost my password and also access to my recovery mail . I have access to the gmail which is registered but MS doesn’t send the recovery code there . I have to renew my AZ500 in a week :upside_down_face:
