Certification Renewal Exam

I have recently taken the Microsoft Renewal Certification for Azure Devops Engineer Expert and had passed for a further one year. The MCP dashboard updated (incl certificate expiration) but has since reverted requesting I retake the renewal.

I attempted a second renewal and passed but again witnessed the MCP dashboard update and extend for a further one year before reverting and asking that I again take the renewal. Does anyone know what I need to do to as I have passed twice now.

I had this for the messageing recertification, and after about 2 weeks back and forth it got fixed manually by someone in the backend. But tataaa... now, i dont see pending recertifications for Teams for example AT ALL in the mcp.microsoft.com - and when trying to do it over the maillink, they cannot get submitted with OOPS, something went wrong.

What i want to say, take the recerts early, and expect infra/service issues so you can complete them on time and with the help of this forum/supportteam
