Unable to get User email id from kaizala at bot side?

Hi there,

I have integrated custom bot with kaizala group and everything is working fine, user is able to communicate with bot and bot also send the response accordingly.

For use bot feature, kaizala user have to login with organization credential on kaizala APP then only he/she able to chat with bot.

 

Now I want to get organization email id from kaizala at bot side to implement some business logic. I have received following json response at bot side without email id.

 

Highlighted fromUserId is only match in Kaizala Directory but not found any API or suitable solution to get user details from Kaizala Directory.

 

Also I am able to get user details in custom action card side using KASClient.js but not via typing...

 

Please let me know if anyone has solution or approach on it.
