I can access the web page: https://webapp.kaiza.la/Account/Webapp

It asks me for pairing code and thereafter I get a error message.

 

Error: We are unable to download the required file, Please check your network and refresh the page.

 

Please advise how do i bypass this ?

Tried in chrome and edge browser with same error displaying. Error also seems to occur on 2 users profiles all other users I tested with worked fine. Is there browser settings that may be preventing Kaizala web from launching ? Cant find any reference to the error message online.
