I really like what I'm seeing with Kaizala. With it coming out of India and going mainstream, will it be incorporated into Teams? It's already a first class citizen O365 and Azure. How will it work with Staffhub?
I love Teams - it's actually my favorite app in all of O365 - and I was excited about the fact that StaffHub will be integrated into it when I saw the announcement during Ignite.
As I started looking into Kaizala, and seeing that it was:
built from the ground up to work on mobile devices,
work in 2G environments with intermittent connectivity,
is integrated into O365 and Azure AD / Azure,
can support teams with millions of users,
can connect stakeholders at all levels and in different companies,
has chat in an easy to use and familiar format,
and has actions like jobs, announcements, polls, checklists, and more,
it was also hard for me not to think that there will be some integration into Teams. Teams is the fastest growing app in Microsoft's history and has a free version to capture an even larger slice of the market, so we know how important it is to Microsoft. To roll out Kaizala and include it as part of the E licenses, and have an app that can compete with Teams, StaffHub, Planner, and even Yammer, it just doesn't fit.
I'll be interested to see where Microsoft goes with it. Hopefully, there will be more information during the Ignite Tour soon.
Hopefully I have answered your question Ashraf. If so, if you could set a like on the response and set it as a solution that would be fantastic. Also, keep asking more questions as I’d love to work with you more on Kaizala!
