I got recently introduced to Kaizala. But am at a loss to understand it's connection with Office 365.
As I see, Kaizala management portal is separate and Kaizala is not listed in the admin centers section and also not visible as an app/component anywhere inside of O365 admin center. We have nonprofit E2/E3 subscriptions and do not see Kaizala as part of the subscription. Does this mean this is a completely separate app? Is Kaizala Pro not part of O365? I also see Kaizala Pro in the purchase services but with a cost?

Thanks @Juan Carlos González Martín and @Christopher Hoard .
@Christopher Hoard regarding the checks:
1.) Do you see Kaizala in the App Launcher when you login to https://login.microsoftonline.com
No. It is not listed in the app launcher.
2.) In the 365 admin centre, under users select a user licence - does it show as Kaizala for Office 365 here?
No. It doesn't show in the licenses either.
3.) Login to https://manage.kaiza.la/Home
4.) It could be disabled in your tenant - see here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/kaizala/enable-disable-kaizala
Yes. As an admin I did disable Kaizala for our users until we have a clear understanding and we develop governance and training plans. However, Kaizala wasn't visible anywhere inside of O365 even before the Pro was disabled. Am not sure if that is the reason. It shouldn't be.
I am not 100% sure if Kaizala Pro is in non-profit but like Juan, my understanding is Microsoft are rolling out to all Office 365 and Microsoft 365 subscriptions. It is not very clear currently on any exceptions but the answer is yes, it is now part of 365. You can pick up the Kaizala App on the Apple/Google stores and what makes it Pro is enrolling an Office 365 user which opens up added functionality such as organisational groups and controls.
Yes. It seems you are right. I could not find it under "purchase services" - "nonprofit plans".
Kaizala avaialability in purchase services
However, there are two products under "purchase services" - "commercial plans":
Under "Other Plans" - "Kaizala Pro", and
Under "Add-ons" - "Kaizala Pro (O365 offer).
Kaizala Pro at a cost, but Kaizala Pro (O365 offer) without cost
One is with a cost, while the other is without cost. Although the moniker (O365 offer) indicates that as an add-on to O365, it would be free), but I am not too sure.
I am inclined to click "buy now" for the free add-on, but am wary unless I am confident with some documented explanation from Microsoft which seems to be missing at best, or I am not able to find it.
