Thanks for raising your questions!
1.) Yes, you can use Kaizala and Microsoft Teams together from the perspective of opening the Kaizala web portal (https://webapp.kaiza.la/Account/Webapp) in a Teams Web Site Tab, and you can use Flows (as Vesa Nopanen confirms below). Kaizala does not integrate with Teams to the same extent as other applications such as SharePoint, Stream or Power BI as it is early days. In terms of control, it's certainly better than What's App and you can control groups if you create them as Work/Organisational groups (see point 2). You can control the app further with Intune and App Protection Policies.
2.) Yes, users can create personal groups in Kaizala. However, only administrators can create Work/Organisational groups and Public Groups in the Kaizala portal in Office 365
3.) See Question 1. I have also asked to integrate Kaizala as a tab into Teams here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Feature-Requests/Microsoft-Teams-Tab/idi-p/302489
In the future there is likely to be more integration between Kaizala and Teams. However, it is very early days, and there is different uses for the apps. Teams is designed for inner loop communications with the immediate Team. Kaizala is designed for open loop messaging to large numbers of frontline workers.
Hope that answers your questions.

I have done some tests where I connected Teams and Kaizala together via specific Flows. This way I can stay connected with Kaizala from Teams and vice versa. Flows can also interact with (specified) Kaizala groups and their content. You can collect survey answers into SharePoint/Teams using Flow, or remind groups about upcoming surveys as well.
The Kaizala WebApp requires that every user sets it up for themselves, but it is not a bad idea to add it as a tab.

And adding it as a tab can now easily be done using the new Teams Templates ;)
