Windows in Cloud / Outlook Add-in Error

I have created a policy set based on the Windows in Cloud Guided scenario. One target group is Firstline workers, the other set (of policies) was for Remote workers. All went well, except for one problem I am spinning wheels on. Outlook Add-ins (from the Marketplace) aren't loading. I can install and they show in the ribbon, but they all produce a generic error "This add-in could not be started. Close this dialog to ignore the problem or click 'Restart" to try again".

 

I have reproduced the issue on Windows 11 with Office 2120 (14527) & Windows 10 Office 2106 (14131).

 

It's my assumption the error is being caused by a setting in the Security Baseline Template, but I don't know where to start.

Hi, could you take a look at the security baseline you implemented to see what asr rules are activated?
Like i showed in this blog... some asr rules messed up my excel addins suddenly :)
