I guess you mean: if it's possible to do a Hybrid Azure Ad Join Autopilot in combination with Azure Ad Domain Service? If that's what you meaning... i guess no would be the answer ... or I am totally mistaken. But one of the requirements to configure hybrid is to configure azure ad connect and configure the hybrid part... and so for I know that's not possible when you have azure ad domain service as a service :)
Or do you mean something completely else?
