Windows 1903 Update

Has Microsoft release the 1903 update to Intune (Windows for Business?). I havent noticed the update being pushed to any of our clients yet. I have it setup in Intune and it worked for 1809 at the time.  That said, I did noticed I have it set to SAC-T; which I believe is going away in 1903. Would that cause the problem?

@Jeff Harlow I believe that using Semi-annual Channel (SAC) will result in an additional 60 day wait for 1903 due to depreciation of Semi-annual Channel Targeted (SAC-T) going foward however when using SAC-T (to avoid the 60 day wait) I am still not seeing 1903 being offered to clients.

'Windows 10, version 1903 is available for any user who manually selects “Check for updates” via Windows Update for all devices that do not have a safeguard hold.'

Would also like to know if 1903 is available to clients automatically via Intune
