What exactly changes after changing a personal device to a corporate device? (MacOS)

I already changed ownership type from personal to corporate on a test macbook. After the switch, I noticed that screen savers are forced now and cannot be unchecked. This is with no policies applied yet. Is there documentation on what exactly changes after the switch? Don't want anything unexpected to break.

Im surprised that there is basically 0 official documentation on the changes that come with the enrollment.
