Hallo,

in unserer Firma funktioniert Fingerprint bei allen Windows 10 Geräten, die Intune haben nicht mehr.

Die Einstellungen scheinen korrekt zu sein.

Wo kann ich eine Lösung für das Problem finden?

Are there non-enrolled Intune Windows 10 devices that are able to use Windows Hello for Business?

Hallo,

alle Geräte haben eine Intune Lizenz.

Wir benutzen lenovo Thinkpad Laptops mit Windows 10 Pro.

In den Intune Einstellungen, Geräteeinstellungen ist Windows Hello aktiviert.

Die biometrischen Einstellungen sind aktiviert.

Trotzdem bietet Windows Fingerprint nicht an.

Wo kann ich Hilfe zu diesem Problem finden?

The fingerprint availability for Windows Hello can sometimes be hardware specific. Were you able to use the fingerprint reader before enrolling in Intune? @Steve B The request goes to the service provider. I don't expect any solution from this side except high costs.
