WebAPI Service + Bitlocker drive

Hi, can you please tell if I can use bitlocker in this way:
I have WebApi service which stores a lot of sensitive files for its work. And I need mechanism to encrypt this information. So we created a separate logical disc and encrypted it with bitlocker.
This service is run under LocalSystem account and we hoped that it will access this drive without providing a password. But I am getting this error: "This drive is locked by BitLocker Drive Encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control Panel"
Can you please tell whether it can be configured somehow for local admins to not enter any password to decrypt data?
