Since 22.04 or 23.04 - every time a computer that has VPN Configuration Profile assigned via Endpoint Manager starts its scheduled sync with Intune - the VPN profile gets removed and re-applied.
This means, VPN will be disconnected for a moment and then after the profile is re-applied the connection will pick itself up again. That brings troubles to people working over VPN with files etc. We've had this same setup for at least half a year or more and there were no such occasions. So something has changed on this 22-23 of April.
Anyone noticed similar behaviour? Any tips?

@Harm_Veenstra I actually finally solved it. So the problem was that we had local PowerShell scripts that were also applying settings into the Profile. It was working but i guess in april something changed in how these profiles are verified by Intune. Also noticed another thing, before April when you changed the Profile online, then the changes were pushed down immediately, but after the change it now waits before the machine comes to check for updates itself.
