What do you mean with unattended agent? Who has requested the agent and what is your goal to achieve?

Dear @Moe_Kinani and @Mr_Helaas thank you for replying to this post. I think what my manager want was download the remote support tool then use Intune manager to push to the device. But I think now another colleague handling this project,

Boss: The project is to test, assess and then decided on another RDP tool.
