Syncing Android apps issue "Managed Google Play Store"

I've added many apps thriugh Managed Google Play Store", but it is still not coming up in the assignment list! I waited for almost 12 hrs.

What settings do you have to distribute the apps to the devices?

Are you using dynamic groups or static ones?
Are there devices or users in the groups?
I've device and user both group. But I'm assigning to all users.
Do apps arrive on Android devices?
Sorry, but I somehow don't understand the request exactly.
No it is not showing in this list only for assignment. One it will come on assignment, then I can assign and then it will come for Android device.

This will sync in the list of assignment apps when you approve any app from Managed Google Play Store: https://intune.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_Intune_Apps/ManagedGooglePlaySyncBlade
