Suppress iOS update with no Apple completion screen in ASAM

Dear Forum Members,

Recently I set up an iPad in ASAM mode running Zoom Room app. I also configured an iOS update policy to push out iOS update. The iOS update installed silently, however, it kicked the iPad out of Zoom Room app ASAM mode. It left at that classic Apple screen which tells you the iPad has completed the iOS update. Once you acknowledged that, you are back at home screen and have to launch your ASAM app again. It basically destroyed your ASAM setup.

Is there a way to completely silent the iOS update and does not disturb the ASAM mode?

Have you waited for sometime so the config policy get applied again? Try to sync the device from Intune right after it finishes the update.
