Setup assistant enrolment method for COD

Hi,

I am trying to enrol a COD device using the setup assistant method and have followed all steps listed on this site:

On the device, I am asked to Log in to <company name>, but when I enter my username and password (the same on I use for enrolling my BYOD devices) it does nothing. It does not progress to the next screen not does it prompt an error.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Are these devices supervised too?

if so done through configurator or DEP?

Yes, they are supervised and done via Apple Configurator.

You stated "username."

Are you using your email address or technically the UPN?

Also, if MFA is enabled, test it with it disabled.
