Kindly i need to know how we can remove disk encryption policy to a device from intune?

I think you are using Windows 10 devices, but if not. Let me know.

I don't know your Intune configuration but what you could push to your device is a PowerShell script.

Disable-BitLocker -MountPoint "C:"

:)... depends on where you configured it in Intune... also why would you want to remove a part of security?
