Providing Helpdesk with RO access to Intune

How can you provide Read Only access to Intune (MEM) so helpdesk can see the devices and other policies?

See this thread for reference. In short, add the user to the Report Reader role in Azure IAM.

Don't have Access to Users within Endpoint Manager Admin Center
