Point URL to install application from Intune Company Portal

I am looking for a way where I can generate a QR code of some URL which can redirect the user to a specific application page in company portal (web or app). Please suggest if it can be done on Android and iOS both devices.

Is url mapping available for Microsoft InTune on both platforms?

This feature is not currently available within Microsoft Intune today. Current available deployment methods for apps are listed in our doc here: Add apps to Microsoft Intune.
