Multiple Autopilot profiles for user driven and self enrolling devices

Is it possible to create a  two Autopilot profiles, one for user driven enrollment and one for Self Enrollment?  My Laptop devices are used for both Kiosks and personally assigned devices...Also, if this is possible, how do I get the devices that were added to my Autopilot Tenant to different groups for Profile assignment...

I am new to autopilot and need assistance
