Missing O365 Security Baseline

I don't see the O365 ProPlus Security Baseline in my tenant. How do I get this added? It was shown in this demo https://myignite.techcommunity.microsoft.com/sessions/83532

I'm not sure, there were 4 baselines shown on the screen in the presentation, and I only have 3. I'm guessing that the other one has been delayed, but the presentation was 6 months ago, which seems like a long time to get something published to us.
