Microsoft signin window coming as blank white while signing in to the cloud attach services in SCCM

Copper Contributor
Whenever I tried to attach or renew the certificate for the cloud attach and click on the renew key button, a pop up window comes up with total blank white screen. And doesn’t give me any credential field to signin.
Tried clearing cache, updating sccm console to the latest version, recreating login profile in server.
Not able to find anything, please help.

Hi @abhishek02687,

What is OS Version?

If I'm not mistaken, the engine behind that is IE. have you tried to to set "IE Enhanced Security Configuration" to "Off" in Server Manager?

Thank you soo much Michael, the suggestion you gave actually solved my issue, "IE Enhanced Security Configuration" was already turned off for admins, once I turned off for users it started working
