Recently Microsoft published message in message center saying they are moving to support Android 8.0 and higher version for MDM enrolled devices after January 7,2022. Which means MDM enrolled devices running Android version 7.x or below will no longer receive updates to the Android Company Portal and asking user to upgrade OS to 8.0 or higher.
For existing enrolled devices MS has confirmed that they will continue to have Intune policies applied but are no longer supported for any Intune scenarios. My question is, what are those scenarios which wont be supported further for existing devices? Will it be like App assignments, Device Wipe, Reset action etc.. ?
