M365 can do the below task?

Intune

1. Protect document to save internal drive
2. Uninstall app on device/user from admin center
3. Block application install on device/user

As I read them now, I'm sure Intune covers them all, but I can give you a better answer if you specify the questions.

1. Protect document to save internal drive - Do you mean that you want to protect files when they are downloaded from M365 to a local drive? Or do you refer to mobile apps? Or else?
2. Uninstall app on device/user from admin center - What type of OS/Device?
3. Block application install on device/user - What type of OS/Device?
