I have created a local admin account and set the password as well as I have enabled the Password Never Expires option. But, my concern is that I do not want the local admin account to create immediately. Instead once the pre-provisioning is complete, I want it to create it. Otherwise it throws an error which stops the pre-provisioning process. I want this to happen after everything is complete and all the policies gets applied.
