Last Event Time not updating in Feature Update Report

Hello,

I have deployed 21H2 feature update on few devices but the devices are in In-Progress since days.

There is no change in the Last event time and also Last Scan Time says "Not Scanned yet" although my devices are checking in everyday. Has anyone seen this?

This is common in many customer environments. 

Can someone help ?

Do you have Delivery Optimization enabled? This would actually help a lot in improving the experience. I found this video helpful to understand the process a bit more.

@Moe_Kinani No its not enabled but I can try it.

Have you seen similar stuff before ?

I have seen it before, have you update the drivers and chipset for the device not getting the feature update?

DO would help a lot moving the feature updates quickly.
