Does anyone here did encounter a situation as below?
A meeting room using Crestron sound system, when we use company laptop IP play project on the TV, got image but the sound comes from the laptop instead.
When we use a stand-alone laptop it's working as expected, got the image and the sound come from the Crestron speaker.
We're using Microsoft Intune to manage the organization devices, which we're suspect is because of the device restriction policy.
Grateful if anyone can provide some advice on this matter. Thank you.
