iOS Device Restriction for Number of sign-in failures before wiping device returns Not applicable

We would like to configure "Number of sign-in failures before wiping device" via Intune, unfortunately this setting always returns "Not applicable" in comparison to all other device restrictions. We have set the value to 10, but the iPhone always returns 4. The 4 seems to be an Intune standard.
What can be done to successfully change the value to 10?

Just tried this in our test Tenant and works without problems (see attached screen). Can you try to make a new Restrictions Configuration and set this setting to 10, try to save this new Configuration, does this work? Maybe the profile got corrupted somehow.
