Intune troubleshoot error

We have been recently migrated to intune on Azure.

We want to know how we can see the reason of an error why een iOS emailprofile not succeeded

Hi Ronald, 

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to see this from the front end. The best way to get this information would be to log a service request, and an engineer can go into the backend and pull that data for you.
