Intune not found

Hi,

 

I was about to enable Intune Connection but it says that a Intune license was not found. The customer has Microsoft 365 Business Premium which include Intune. Is their any other prerequisites needed or is there something else that i'm missing?

Hi @Henrik1904, how does it look like under licenses in the Defender portal?

 

  1. In the Microsoft Defender portal (security.microsoft.com), select Settings, and then select Endpoints
  2. Select Licenses

Here are all the requirements for Defender for Business so please have a look at it and see if you are compliant - Requirements for Microsoft Defender for Business - Microsoft Defender for Business | Microsoft Learn.
