Intune interrupt access to Staff's Outlook App

We just recently switch Office 365 License from A1 Plus to A3 for both Staff and Students. I notified through our few staff that they are prompting message on Outlook App (iOS and Android) "Intune company portal is required for the account "username@company.ca" you will not be able to use outlook until the company portal is installed or this account is removed. To install the company portal, choose "Keep account" and follow the on-screen prompts."

Any advice, am i missing any steps to follow?

We do not have any conditional access policy set yet. How do i turn off this message prompt and let user to access their outlook app as normal? Please Advice.
