Intune device deleted - Bitlocker still active

I accidentally removed the wrong device from Intune. Now we can't log in or reset the device because the credentials are "wrong". Is it still possible to see which devices have been deleted and add them again? It would be enough for me to remove the Bitlocker to reset the device.

PS: unfortunately I have not found anything in the search

Using a Windows install USB drive to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows isn't possible?

What is the identity join state on the device? Have you tried logging in using as the domain in the UPN?
