Intune Apps, Policies and Profile Sync

Intune syncing after a device has been shipped to a user. Once the user signs in does it take 8 hours approximately for the apps and profiles to sync to the device once we have the hash tag uploaded?

So it’s a new autopilot device sent to the user, take the user 6 hours to receive all the apps etc? Have you though using white glove?

Hi

You are mentioning 2 things in one sentence :)... Uploading the Autopilot hash and assigning it to a group? and logging in for the first time after the hash has been uploaded successfully

WHen the device turns on, It shows you the autopilot (company) screen and starts the enrollment status page to deploy the apps and config?
Let us say the vendor has already uploaded the hash files to business store. The device is shipped to the user. Once the user logs into his laptop how long would it take for him to receive the apps, profiles and policies? This is my question.

As per the MS documentation it says 8 hours. So, will it take 8 hours after he logs into the machine for the first time or would it Sync and get the apps immediately downloaded and installed?
Uhhh... when you have configured the esp with some required apps (not to much) the esp will make sure the policies and apps are deployed when the user starts the enrollment/login.
