For both iOS and Android there are unfortunately very limited configuration options. You can find some info here: app-configuration-policies-use-android - OneDrive only supports com.microsoft.intune.mam.AllowedAccountUPNs.
This would be a great feature to have and would solve some major problems for a lot of Companies if this could be set remotely and automatically but this is not the case (yet).
