Notice there are newer drivers for the Intel Wireless AX201 devices than what Microsoft is including. 22.30.0 vs 22.20.0.6.  Is there a way to deploy the latest drivers via Intune?

There is no built in way to do this, you should download the driver and use it as a regular application with the correct silent install parameters.

Support for this was announced on Ignite and is coming: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-it-pro-blog/introducing-a-new-deployment-service-for-...
