if change license from m365 business premium to m365 e3 for a user, how will it affect current enrolled autopilot computer for its windows 10 business and m365 apps for business for ms office?

will it auto change to windows 10 enterprise and m365 apps for enterprise for ms office?

i logged a ticket to microsoft because windows 10 business did not upgrade to windows 10 enterprise for existing enrolled device after the user license upgrade from m365 business premium to m365 e3
