I was trying to configure a lock screen on endpoint. However, I am getting the following error:

I am sure I am using the correct URL format. Has anyone seen similar issues like this?

I think the url format is not correct?

Have you tried to host the image in Public host like Blob storage account and added the url? Check MSFT documentation regarding URL format.
