Error on Built-in Device Compliance Policy profile

I'm seeing 'error' state with error code 65001 on my iPhone which has Built-in Device Compliance Policy profile installed.

My iOS device is enrolled using MAM method and not MDM. Should i worry about this? Thanks.

The default policy check if you assign additional custom policy. To tag the devices as compliant you habe to create a compliance policy which checks for example the minimum os version
