Hi I had to get another laptop (exact same one) and now I cannot sign into the company wifi. It says endpoint already registered to another user. I tried to go into my endpoint manager and it says i am not the administrator so i cannot set a user etc. Please help! Who do I call? Or how can I fix this? I have a subscription to Microsoft 365. It hasn't worked since then.
