Email notification shows in top bar but no mail in inbox

i have weird issue with android work profile outlook app. Mail notification shown in the Users status bar, but whenever user tried to open it, the same mail is not visible in the outlook app. 

sometime it will take 2 to 3 hours to come up in the outlook app. can anyone suggest on this.

Is there a way (Commandline) to add an AAD group to local remote desktop users group on Intune enrolled device?
