Duplicate Phone Number showing on separate iPads on Intune

Hi , Has anyone seen the phenomenon where 2 separate iPads are manually enrolled by 2 separate users and end up showing the same phone number in the device details? 

 

Both manually enrolled within days of each other by the separate owners who swear they have not been sharing SIM's. 

 

The devices show up with separate Serial numbers and are both checking in daily.

in this case both user are same ? and using same email ID ?@potatobuoy 

@I_am_Rajesh  Hi, No these are 2 different users . 

 

User1 showing as "Primary user" and "Enrolled by"  on iPad1 

User2 showing as "Primary user" and "Enrolled by"  on iPad2

 

 

 

Does this iPad are cellular iPad (Sim Slot for Data only) or only Wi Fi ?@potatobuoy 

@I_am_Rajesh This is a cellular iPad.

 

The mobile number on the iPad is being presented without the + format so 079xx xxxxxx rather than +079xx xxxxxx 

Can you try to re enroll the device by changing the identifier like if SN is enrolled change it to IMEI or Vice Versa and see if it works or not @potatobuoy
